Frustration and Helplessness
Dealing with frustration and helplessness can seem like a never ending struggle and no amount of motivational speeches will help you get out of real emotions.
Life never stops, there is always new things to see and learn about, when we feel good it’s easy to navigate in life but when we feel bad our ideas from our particular viewpoint can come to a halt. Suddenly we don’t know where to turn and all the roads leads back to where we begin.
Our consciousness reacts to problems by trying to solve them by thinking. This doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a good way. More thoughts can simply mean that you start to walk in circles. Going over the bad things over and over again. And there is no need to make bad behavior into a habit.

The life and genius of Viktor Schauberger
Right up there with “unknown” scientists such as the genius Nicola Tesla comes the Austrian forester/forest warden, philosopher and inventor Viktor Schauberger.
During my own shamanic experiences with the Entheogen teacher Ayahuasca, I was once shown in many dimensions how the cosmos moves in a forever ongoing wave. Contracting and expanding while also being in a spiral motion moving both centripetal and centrifugal.
Victor Schauberger saw the underlining pattern in the universe coming out off two polarities. He watched how water swirled and moved naturally in streams and creeks. By observing how natural free-flowing water always turns in a tightening or growing vortex-pattern, he formulated ideas where the polarities which can be seen in nature in the spiral pattern is the necessity for life. Life grows in the upward, expanding spiral and deteriorates and lessens in the opposite downward spiral. This is beyond ridiculous, I’m almost speechless. Europe is under siege and countries are burning. Many people living in Europe in the Twenty-first century are actually starving.
The politicians and the system have proven themselves to be so corrupt it’s beyond repair.The police are serving the banks and fighting the people they are there to protect. It’s insane.
And the European Union wins the Nobel Peace Prize? A fucking Peace prize??! It’s a slap in the face of every sane person.
